After receiving your initial deposit (approximately 50% of the estimated conceptual design and planning drawings), a site survey will be carried out and a design will be drafted and presented to you for approval. The balance of our design fees will be required before receiving final drawings. We can then assist you in liaising with council to obtain all necessary approvals.
