Schedules and CAD drawingsOnce the decisions on interior finishes have been made, all necessary schedules (sanitary wear, painting, tiling, lighting) detailing exact fittings, colour selections and materials – along with CAD drawings, showing the layout of rooms and exact positioning of all items, will be communicated to the builder by New Space Living.8. ConstructionThe creation of your new space begins! A supervisor oversees the works and we provide you with regular updates. This update shows how work is advancing in comparison to the schedule, and also provides a budget report comparing the actual spend to date with the original cost estimate clearly showing any client requested or builder requested variations. |
