What you can expect

Firstly, following an initial telephone conversation we will meet in your home, for about an hour, to discuss your ideas, your family’s needs and your budget for a small fee of $100 (re-imbursable during the design phase).

You will then receive a Proposed Fee Schedule based on the works to be carried out, in some cases this may be based on a percentage of the job, hourly or per room charge. On acceptance of our proposal a contract will be drawn up detailing the scope of the project, fee and payment structure.

We will then meet again to complete a comprehensive brief in order to develop a schematic concept design. This may include image boards, examples of style, products and colour swatches. A measure of the space, if required, will also be carried out.

Once the design is developed and finalised all documentation is then prepared which includes full CAD working drawings, including elevations, electrical layouts, complete schedules and addenda’s with all products, finishes and supplier information.

Once this critical planning stage is complete the renovation is then ready to start.
